VTI

Tomorrow is the day.

Since my hurdles event was cancelled. so I basically focus on 4x100m relay.
All the technical schools is gonna be there.

Lots of car and bus gonna arrive there from 4 district. I better be there early to prevent traffic jam.

Location: Padang dan Belapan,Berakas. Negara Brunei Darussalam.
Time: 8am till 4pm

VTI gonna be held on for 2 day only. 28th and 29th November 2012.

Preparation for VTI

An Inter-school among all the technical school in Brunei Darussalam which will be held on 28th November 2012 at Belapan stadium, Berakas.


I'm joining for 110m Hurdles and 4x100m relay.

Self Reflection

Discuss your preparation of;

• Study
• Classwork/homework
• Assignment
• Phase test 

Conclude: How you see yourself now? what's your plan?

• Study-  Try to understand rather than memorizing it. Highlight all the important point( Color have proven that it help us to memories) Regularly ask question. 

•  Classwork/Homework- Do all the exercise and solve it. Regularly ask friends, tutors or senior how to solve the problem. Do it early before the due date. That is to ensure you got enough time to correct it or improve it. Do the question repeatably, so you can understand and picture it your head.

•  Assignment- Gather all the data and information needed for the task. Do some research too. Ask for help from friends, tutors and senior how to present it properly. Remember the due date.

•  Phase test- Get enough sleep. Get some fresh air, our head need oxygen rather than staying in your room. Eat Sweet stuff like natural honey. Avoid Spicy and sour food. Atleast that what I do usually before exam/test. No more reading/memorizing 30minute before exam.

I will work hard in future. We're given the test schedule 2 week before the test which the time is very short for me to revise. Somehow I managed to overcome the difficulties and manage to score my best result.

Some of the subject syllabus is not yet covered,but I did my best to learn it. Give up my time on phone, sport just for awhile to get through this nightmare. It a battle of the brain.

I usually score 60% below and fail. This is a relief that I proven myself I'm a better person. I can compete with anyone.

I keep on falling, again and again but I wont give. keep on fighting, put myself back up. Even if i have to start from scratch.

We're having our 2 test now. I'm so nervous about it and excited too.
