We need more sample on report writing!!!

In a hurried, time running out. Language and  communication also known as our English class. We're having an assessment on report writing. but seem to me that it getting harder and harder..

They said, report about our previous practical in workshop. however, for my intake we didnt learn that much..haha. so now, im doing some research..

 search on sample of report writing. i wanna know how others present it. how the report looks like..

I won myself a gold for 4x400m, silver 4x100m and 4th place for 100m. 100m was so close for me.however, i enjoy running with my teammate.

even so, my youth has it potential and benefits.

 Don't know how to express here. this feeling just wanna explode. adrenaline rush when i keep on thinkin about our previous race. especially  the 4x400m relay. i never run 400m,and i felt like dying after crossing the finishing line..

See you people! i'll try to post more picture.. here some future updates, im going to singapore this March..
