Daily routine as a marine

Youngster like me, also goes for training. I'm not only to be good at mentally but also physically. 

This is my training schedule throughout the weeks after I finish my school session.

Training Session
Monday           -Speed, Endurance & Stamina
Tuesday           -Weight Training
Wednesday      -Cone Drill
Thursday          -Weight Training
Friday               -Rest Day
Saturday           -Speed
Sunday              -Rest Day
